Write an opening email and follow-ups, then set the number of business days between them. Variables like first name and company are filled in for each candidate. Follow-ups without a subject are sent in the same thread.

When a candidate replies, follow-ups stop.
Rekom checks your mailbox regularly. If a candidate replies, an email bounces, or they unsubscribe, the remaining emails in their sequence are cancelled. Automatic replies, like out-of-office messages, do not count as replies.

- Bounced emails are not sent again
- Open tracking is indicative because some email apps load images automatically
Review an email before it goes out.
Choose Review before sending for any step. Emails in that step wait in your inbox for approval, and you can edit one for a specific candidate before it is sent.

Candidate replies are grouped into conversations in Rekom. Read a thread and reply there; your message is sent from the same mailbox and stays in the candidate’s thread.
